Large products are shipped via Flo or a furniture moving company depending on the location.

At the end of the order and before payment, all shipping details and delivery times are displayed, and by completing the order, the customer agrees to these details.
If free shipping is registered, it is only once. If there is an exchange due to a customer error, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
Some delivery companies may not deliver inside the room or to upper floors; this is due to the delivery companies' policies.
